SLIT2 Antibody (PA5-115924) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of SLIT2 in A549 cells. Samples were treated with PFA, permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked in 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), and incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115924). Secondary staining was applied with mouse anti-beta tubulin (1 hr at 37°, AlexaFluor 594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Red), AlexaFluor 488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Green) and DAPI.

SLIT2 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of SLIT2 in human liver cancer and para-carcinoma tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with SLIT2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115924) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

SLIT2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of SLIT2 in COLO205 whole lysates. Samples were incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115924).

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total SLIT2.

靶标信息

SLIT2 are ligands for Robo receptors and play a vital role for axonal migration/navigation during neural development. A number of cleavage products through alternate splicing are reported in the literature for SLIT2 proteins. The C-terminal cleavage proteins are more diffusible than the larger N-terminal protein that is more tightly cell associated. SLIT2 protein is expressed in tissues such as fetal lung, kidney, and adult spinal cord.
