SRC3 Antibody (A300-347A) in WB
Detection of human SRC3 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa and HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SRC3 antibody (Product # A300-347A) (lot A300-347A-2) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

AIB1-AC3 recognizes AIB1, a member of the SRC-1 family of nuclear receptor coactivators with an apparent molecular weight of 160kDa. The AIB1 gene has been mapped to region 20q12 and has been shown to be amplified in breast tumors and pancreatic cancer cell lines. AIB1 interacts in a ligand-dependent fashion with the estrogen receptor to enhance estrogen-dependent transcriptional gene activation.
