Western blot analysis of SREBP2 in Zebrafish and zebra fish muscle tissue lysate (from left to right). Samples were incubated with SREBP2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72661) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at a dilution of 1:5,000. Lysates at 35 µg per lane.
