ST6GAL2 Antibody (PA5-72132) in WB
Western blot analysis of ST6GAL2 in HepG2 whole cell lysate using 20 µg of protein per lane. Samples were first blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST, incubated with ST6GAL2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72132) using a dilution of 1:1000 followed by a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:10,000.

Has alpha-2,6-sialyltransferase activity toward oligosaccharides that have the Gal-beta-1,4-GlcNAc sequence at the non-reducing end of their carbohydrate groups, but it has weak or no activities toward glycoproteins and glycolipids.
