SV2A Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by detection of differential basal expression of the target across tissues owing to their inherent genetic constitution. Higher expression of SV2A was observed in SH-SY5Y and PC-12 upon differentiation with Retinoic acid and NGF respectively in comparison to undifferentiated SG-SY5Y and PC-12 cells using SV2A Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-52476) in western blot. The protein runs higher that expected molecular weight as its heavily glycosylated in cell lines and tissues producing smeary pattern, especially in mouse and rat brain tissues. {RE}
