Softag 1 Antibody (MA5-51787) in ELISA
ELISA analysis of Softag 1 using Softag 1 Recombinant Mouse Monoclocal Antibody (Product # MA5-51787; purple line) and isotype control (Product # MA5-47750, anti-fluorescein; orange line). ELISA plate was coated with Multi Tag protein 2 at a concentration of 5 µg/mL and the primary antibody was titrated on a 3-fold serial dilution starting at 10,000 ng/mL. Anti-mouse IgG was used as secondary antibody for detection at a dilution of 1:4,000.
