TBCK Antibody (A305-751A-M) in IP
Detection of human TBCK by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TBCK antibody A305-751A-M (lot A305-751A-M-1) used for IP at 8 µl per reaction. TBCK was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TBCK antibody BL23121. For blotting immunoprecipitated TBCK, A305-751A-M was used at 1:4000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
