TFPI2 Antibody (PA5-81068) in WB
Western Blot using TFPI2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81068) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: U87MG Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 27 kDa. Observed band size: 27 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

This antibody has specificity for Human TFPI2/PP5.
靶标信息
TFPI2 may play a role in the regulation of plasmin-mediated matrix remodeling. It inhibits trypsin, plasmin, factor VIIa/tissue factor and weakly factor Xa. TFPI2 has no effect on thrombin.
