TRIM2 Antibody (PA5-89800) in WB
Western blot analysis of TRIM2 in extracts of mouse small intestine. Samples were incubated with TRIM2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-89800) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 3s.

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to cytoplasmic filaments. Its function has not been identified.
