TRPV5 Antibody (PA5-142364) in WB
Western Blot analysis of TRPV5 in Human Pancreas lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) using TRPV5 Polyclonal Antibody, Biotin (Product # PA5-142364) at 2 µg/mL incubated for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence, using streptavidin-HRP and using NAP blocker as a substitute for skimmed milk.

The calcium-selective channel encoded by this gene has 6 transmembrane-spanning domains, multiple potential phosphorylation sites, an N-linked glycosylation site, and 5 ANK repeats. This protein forms homotetramers or heterotetramers and is activated by a low internal calcium level.
