TXNL5 Antibody (MA5-24245) in WB
Western blot analysis of TXNL5 in Raji human Burkitts lymphoma cell line, Jurkat acute T cell leukemia cell line, and HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in TXNL5 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24245) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Thioredoxin-like 5/TRP14 at approximately 14 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

This antibody detects endogenous human TRP14 in Western blots.
Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

TXNL5 disulfide reductase. May participate in various redox reactions through the reversible oxidation of its active center dithiol to a disulfide and catalyze dithiol-disulfide exchange reactions. Modulates TNF-alpha signaling and NF-kappa-B activation. Has peroxidase activity and may contribute to the elimination of cellular hydrogen peroxide.
