TYK2 Antibody (MA571394) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of TYK2 was performed using TYK2 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (PSH18-53) (Product # MA571394) on K-562 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 min, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 15 min and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hr at RT. Target Information
Tyrosine Kinase 2 (TYK2) a member of the JAK kinase family, plays both structural and catalytic roles in type I interferon (IFN) signaling. As such, it may play a role in anti-viral immunity. A mutation in this gene has been associated with hyperimmunoglobulin E syndrome (HIES) - a primary immunodeficiency characterized by elevated serum immunoglobulin E.
