Immunofluorescent analysis of USP18 showing staining in the nucleus and cytoplasm of SK-N-SH cells. SK-N-SH cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and stained using a USP18 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-27849) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
