VWC2 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemical analysis of VWC2 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (medulla). Samples were incubated in VWC2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48096) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic . Tissue was stained using the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to neurons.

VWC2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of VWC2 in human brain (cerebellum) tissue. Samples were incubated in VWC2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48096) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Brorin/VWC2 at approximately 46 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
