WWP2 Antibody (A302-936A-M) in WB
Detection of human WWP2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T (5, 15 and 50 µg), and HeLa (50 µg), and Jurkat (50 µg) cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-WWP2 antibody A302-936A-M (lot A302-936A-M-2) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

This gene encodes a member of the NEDD4-like protein family. The family of proteins is known to possess ubiquitin-protein ligase activity. The encoded protein contains 4 tandem WW domains. The WW domain is a protein motif consisting of 35 to 40 amino acids and is characterized by 4 conserved aromatic residues. The WW domain may mediate specific protein-protein interactions. Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found for this gene.
