XAB2 Antibody (A303-637A) in IP
Detection of human XAB2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-XAB2 antibody (Product # A303-637A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. XAB2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-XAB2 antibody A303-638A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated XAB2, A303-638A was used at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
