Caco-2 cells were transfected with, control siRNA, XPO5 siRNA probe #1, and XPO5 siRNA probe #2 and a decrease in signal intensity was observed in Western Blot application using Anti-XPO5 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-53789) used at a dilution of 0.4 µg/mL.
