PA1-10301 detects scRPA from bacterial samples.
PA1-10301 has been successfully used in Western blot and immunoprecipitation applications.
The PA1-10301 immunogen is RPA, over-expressed in E.coli, consisting of three subunits Rfa1 (70 kDa), Rfa2 (30 kDa) and Rfa3 (14 kDa).
Undiluted antibody conjugate is stable for 6-8 weeks at 2-8°C. For long-term storage, dilute with 50% glycerol and store at -20°C as a liquid. Prepare working dilution prior to use and then discard.
Reconstitute with 50 ul of distilled water.
