ZDHHC21 Antibody (PA5-25096) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of ZDHHC21 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human testis tissue. Samples were incubated with ZDHHC21 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25096) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Target Information
Palmitoylates sex steroid hormone receptors, including ESR1, PGR and AR, thereby regulating their targeting to the plasma membrane.
