ZDHHC8 Antibody (PA5-18664) in WB
Western blot analysis of ZDHHC8 using ZDHHC8 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-18664) (0.1 µg/mL) in staining of Human Brain (Frontal Cortex) lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) with (B) and without (A) blocking with the immunising peptide. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

Defects in this gene may be associated with a susceptibility to schizophrenia. Alternate splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 22.
