ZRANB1 Antibody (PA5-26829) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of ZRANB1 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded brain tissue. Samples were incubated with ZRANB1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-26829) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

ZRANB1 is a positive regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway that specifically cleaves 'Lys-63'-linked ubiquitin chains. It acts by deubiquitinating APC protein, a negative regulator of Wnt-mediated transcription and may also modulate TNF-alpha signaling.
