c-Rel Antibody (PA5-120137) in WB
Western blot analysis of c-Rel in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with c-Rel Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-120137) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.

These proteins are related through a highly conserved N-terminal region termed the 'Rel domain, ' which is responsible for DNA binding, dimerization, nuclear localization, and binding to the NFKB inhibitor (Belguise and Sonenshein, 2007).
