dsRNA Chimeric Antibody (MA5-47972) in ELISA
ELISA analysis of dsRNA recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-47972) was performed by coating plate with dsRNA at 5 µg/mL. Serial dilutions of MA5-47972 were prepared over a range of 3,000 ng/mL to 0.0169 ng/mL. For detection, HRP-labelled anti-mouse IgG antibody was used.
