Immunohistochemistry analysis of gamma Tubulin on paraffin-embedded Human Duodenum tissue. Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 15 min. Samples were incubated with gamma Tubulin Recombinant Monoclonal (Product # MA572472) using a dilution at 1:200 overnight at 4°C. Followed by DAB staining.
