Immunohistochemistry analysis using mouse heart. Fixation involved 10% formalin solution for 12-24 hours at RT. 1 µg/mL of MA5-45275 was sufficient for detection of tsp23 in 20 µg of transiently transfected Hela cell lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.|Detects approximately 19kDa. Detects Tsp23, no cross-reactivity to p23.
靶标信息
Mammalian cells contain p23 homologs with distinct tissue expression patterns like tsp23. Tsp23 is expressed in heart and skeletal muscle while p23 is found in liver, kidney, lung thymus, ovary spleeen and stomach.
