The Human AMH (Anti-Mullerian Hormone) ELISA quantitates AMH in serum and plasma.
原理方法
The Human Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) solid-phase sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) is designed to measure the concentration of Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) in biological samples. A target-specific antibody has been pre-coated in the wells of the supplied microplate. Samples, standards, or controls are added into these wells and bind to the immobilized (capture) antibody.
The sandwich complex is formed by the addition of a second (HRP-linked) detection antibody specific to Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH). Excess reagents are washed from the plate.
A substrate solution is added that reacts with the enzyme-antibody-target complex to produce a measurable signal. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution. The intensity of the signal, measured spectrophotometrically at 450 ± 2 nm, is directly proportional to the concentration of Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) present in the original specimen.

Anti mullerian hormone (AMH) is a member of the TGF beta superfamily. It is secreted as a homodimeric 140 kDa disulfide linked precursor that is cleaved to release the mature 30 kDa homodimer. Originally classified as a fetal testicular hormone that inhibits Mullerian duct development, AMH is expressed post natally by immature Sertoli cells, and to a lesser degree by granulosa cells. AMH plays a role in testicular differentiation and in the regulation of ovarian follicle growth.
