Human BD-3 ELISA development kit contains the key components required for the quantitative measurement of natural and/or recombinant human BD-3 in a sandwich ELISA format. Using the ELISA protocol, the recommended microplates, reagents and solutions, the components supplied in this kit are sufficient to assay human BD-3 in approximately 1,000 ELISA plate wells.
This PeproTech ABTS ELISA Development Kit contains the key components required for the quantitative measurement of natural and/or recombinant proteins in a sandwich ELISA format. This ABTS ELISA Development Kit contains enough material to assay the target cytokine in at least 1,000 ELISA plate wells. The ABTS ELISA Buffer Kit (Product # 900-K00), sold separately, is recommended to be used in conjunction with this ABTS ELISA Development Kit for optimal performance. This buffer kit contains all the necessary components to assay ten 96-well ELISA plates (included) and contains detailed handling instructions.
