The Mouse Immunoglobulin A (IgA) ELISA quantitates IgA in serum and plasma.
原理方法
The Mouse IgA solid phase sandwich ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) is designed to measure the amount of the target bound between a matched antibody pair. A target specific antibody has been pre coated in the wells of the supplied microplate. Samples, standards, or controls are then added into these wells and bind to the immobilized (capture) antibody. The sandwich is formed by the addition of the second (detector) antibody, a substrate solution is added that reacts with the enzyme antibody target complex to produce measurable signal. The enzyme substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The intensity of this signal, measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450±2 nm, is directly proportional to the concentration of target present in the original specimen.

Mouse IgA is an immunoglobulin A antibody that is produced by B cells in response to an antigen. It is a crucial component of the mucosal immune system, which protects the body from pathogens that enter through mucosal surfaces such as the respiratory, gastrointestinal, and urogenital tracts. Mouse IgA is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains, and it is the most abundant immunoglobulin in mucosal secretions. It plays a vital role in neutralizing pathogens and preventing their attachment to mucosal surfaces. Mouse IgA is widely used in research and diagnostic applications, including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry.
