Thermo Scientific rheology solutions include a full range of instruments to help scientists make confident decisions. We offer comprehensive rheology, instrument and software trainings. The Applied Rheology training is an in depth 3-day modular training, either in English or German.

Applied Rheology — Theory and practical application

These training courses cover detailed theoretical and practical knowledge, to help enable you to conduct qualified measurements and to interpret the measuring data. Furthermore, we will discuss and demonstrate the importance of rheology for a range of applications. Questions can be raised during both the presentations and practical training.

The training consists of three one-day modules that can be booked individually or by group. Each course is limited to a maximum of 20 participants.

  • Module 1: Basics of rheology, rotational testing, introduction to measurement and evaluation software
  • Module 2: Viscoelasticity, creep and creep recovery testing, measurements in oscillation, creation of measuring and evaluation routines with the HAAKE RheoWin Software
