To support aseptic fluid transfer, tubing can be sterilized by most methods including autoclave, gamma irradiation, and ethanol. We also offer a secure supply chain with tubing manufactured within several global sites and the ability to support lean manufacturing freeing valuable clean room and storage space.

As your process scales, larger diameter tubing with the same composition and specifications is available. To help prevent leaks, our tubing assemblies are secured with the Thermo Scientific BioRetention Device which forms an even compression 360-degree seal.

Nalgene Si tubing is flexible, shore 50-65(A), compatible with barbed fittings, translucent with no odor or taste, no plasticizer, and is autoclavable.
