Our project service process is as shown below:

1	Inquiry	Please make inquiry by phone (8008208181-2) or our technical inquiry mail box (tech-service@lifetech.com) Alternatively, download the Form for Information on Customer Requirements and complete it before delivering to our technical inquiry mail box.
2	Confirm requirements	We determine customer’s requirements either by phone or visit at customer’s office; we complete Form for Information on Customer Requirements.
3	Initial Proposal	We design the test proposal based on customer’s specific needs and give our price quotation and complete schedule.
4	Confirmation of Proposal	客户确认我们的初步方案，与业务员或技术专员对实验内容进行协商，确认最后方案。需要时，可以签订保密合同以及委托合同。
5	Execution of Contract	After confirmation of the test plan and contract, our Company will mail a set of documents in duplicates to customers. Upon the customer’s receipt of such documents, the customer should sign and chop on them and return one set by mail. For electronic versions of the contract, the customer would be reminded to send one copy of the contract to the Company’s order inquiry mail box (service.cn@lifetech.com). The contract would be deemed to have been executed and taken effect upon our Company’s receipt in our mail box.
6	Down Payment	Customer makes down payment in accordance with the contract.
7	Official Test	Official tests begin upon receipt of down payment and sample.
8	Feedback on Progress	Our project person-in-charge will regularly report the test’s progress once the test begins. The customer will also be given feedback by way of order inquiry mail box (service.cn@lifetech.com) once every 1-2 weeks with regard to the tests’ progress and update.
9	Completion of Test	The customer will be provided with test results upon completion of final tests.
10	Delivery of Results	Test results will be sent to customers address. Customer would be reminded to sign on the acknowledgement form upon confirmation of receipt of sample.
11	Payment of Balance Amount	The customer pays the balance contractual amount upon confirmation of the test result with no disputes.
12	After-sales Services	If there are any quality issues or problems during use within one month of acceptance of goods, the customer can lodge objections via the mail box: cnservice.tech@lifetech.com.
