Webinar: High-Sensitivity Antibiotic Detection: Meeting Food Safety and Quality Standards

Webinar
Thursday, 18 June 2026
11:30am New Delhi

The detection of antibiotic residues in food products has become increasingly important as regulatory agencies strengthen safety requirements and consumers demand higher standards of food quality. Laboratories are challenged to identify and quantify trace levels of antibiotics across complex food matrices while ensuring accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

This webinar will explore advanced analytical approaches for high-sensitivity antibiotic detection, highlighting the role of LC-MS/MS in achieving low detection limits, improved selectivity, and robust routine testing. In addition, attendees will receive an update on the evolving regulatory landscape for food safety and testing, including current residue monitoring requirements, compliance expectations, and emerging trends impacting food producers and testing laboratories.

Through practical application examples and expert insights, participants will learn how modern analytical technologies can support food safety programs, improve laboratory efficiency, and help organizations confidently meet today's stringent quality and regulatory standards.
