In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
RPS6KA4 (MSK2) is a serine/threonine protein kinase that is essential for the regulation of various cellular processes. Alternate transcriptional splice variants of this gene have been observed but have not been thoroughly characterized.
