This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-61192. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

PLEKHH3, a gene related to endothelial tight junction, is associated with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and angiogenesis. It has been reported that the expression of PLEKHH3 protein was increased in the OSA patients. PLEKHH3 may play a key role in OSA and angiogenesis by specifically regulating the endothelial cells formation of tight junctions.
