25-OH Vitamin D3 Antibody (MA5-44545) in ELISA
ELISA analysis of a 25(OH) Vitamin D Standard Curve: ELISA plate was coated with 100 ng capture antibody at concentration of 1 µg/mL. A serial dilution from 150 ng/mL was performed using 25(OH) vitamin D. 25-OH Vitamin D3 Recombinant Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44545) was used as a detection antibody.
