ABCB10 Antibody (PA5-95361) in WB
Western blot analysis of ABCB10 in rat cardiac muscle extract (lane 1), COLO320 whole cell lysates (lane 2), 22RV1 whole cell lysates (lane 3) and PANC whole cell lysates (lane 4). Samples were incubated with ABCB10 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-95361) using a 0.5 µg/mL dilution. developed was performed using enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL).

Positive Control - WB: rat cardiac muscle tissue, COLO320 whole cell, 22RV1 whole cell, PANC whole cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

The membrane-associated protein encoded by this gene is a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intra-cellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies (ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, White). This protein is a member of the MDR/TAP subfamily. Members of the MDR/TAP subfamily are involved in multidrug resistance. The function of this mitochondrial protein is unknown.
