AGMAT Antibody (PA5-35849) in ICC/IF
AGMAT Polyclonal Antibody detects Agmatinase protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37°C for 30 min. Green: Agmatinase protein stained by AGMAT Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-35849) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

AGMAT (Agmatinase) hydrolyzes agmatine to putrescine and urea. It is highly expressed in liver and kidney and is also found in skeletal muscle, fetal liver, brain, testis, skin and the gastrointestinal tract.
