AGPAT9 Antibody (CF809770) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY AGPAT9 (RC219236, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-AGPAT. Positive lysates LY403194 (100 µg) and LC403194 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. This gene encodes a member of the lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase protein family. The encoded protein is an enzyme which catalyzes the conversion of glycerol-3-phosphate to lysophosphatidic acid in the synthesis of triacylglycerol. Multiple alternatively spliced variants, encoding the same protein, have been identified.
