Immunohistochemical analysis of ALS2CR1 in paraffin-embedded human breast tissue using an ALS2CR1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-31835) at a dilution of 2.5 µg/ml. Steamed antigen retrieval was performed using a citrate buffer, pH 6, followed by AP-staining.
