ALS2CR12 Antibody (PA5-148335) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of ALS2CR12 in A431 cells. Samples were incubated with ALS2CR12 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-148335) using a dilution of 1:100 at 4° overnight followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and blocked with 10% serum. Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm and cell membrane.
