AMELX Antibody (PA5-114845) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of AMELX in mouse colorectal tissue. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-114845) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

靶标信息
This gene encodes a member of the amelogenin family of extracellular matrix proteins. Amelogenins are involved in biomineralization during tooth enamel development. Mutations in this gene cause X-linked amelogenesis imperfecta. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
