ASAM Antibody (PA5-81359) in WB
Western Blot using ASAM Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81359) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: Mouse Stomach tissue lysate, Lane C: Mouse Pancreas tissue lysate, Lane D: Mouse Brain tissue lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 41 kDa. Observed band size: 45 kDa.
