ATXN2L Antibody (PA5-50916) in WB
Western blot analysis of ATXN2L in various lysates. Samples were incubated with ATXN2L polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-50916) using a dilution of 1:500 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at a dilution of 1:20,000. Lane 1: 293T whole cell lysates; Lane 2: HepG2 whole cell lysates; Lane 3: Hela whole cell lysates; Lane 4: JK whole cell lysates. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Predicted band size: 113 kDa; Observed band size: 150 kDa. Exposure time: 3 seconds.
