C1 inhibitor Antibody (LF-MA0136) in WB
Western blot analysis was performed on human plasma (5 ul) (Lane 1). The blots were probed with Mouse Anti-C1 Inhibitor Monoclonal Antibody (Product # LFMA0136, 0.5 ug/ml) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Superclonal Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A28177, 0.25 ug/ml, 1:4000 dilution). C1-inhibitor (C1INH) functions as a regulator of the activation of the classical complement pathway and of the contact activation system of kinin generation and coagulation. Its primary biologically relevant target proteinases are C1r, C1s, coagulation factors XIa and XIIa, and plasma kallikrein. C1-inhibitor consists of one polypeptide chain and has a molecular mass of ~104 kDa. Serum concentration has been determined to 180 µg/mL.
