CAND1 Antibody (PA5-81288) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of CAND1 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with CAND1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81288, 1:1,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and nucleus.

This antibody has specificity for Human CAND1.
靶标信息
CAND1 enhances transcription from various types of promoters. It is a regulatory protein that interferes with the assembly of the SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) ubiquitin ligase complex and thereby down-regulates ubiquitination of target proteins. CAND1 prevents neddylation of CUL1 by physically blocking access to the neddylation site. CAND1 disrupts interactions between CUL1 and SKP1A and between CUL1 and F-box proteins.
