Lane A: HEK-293 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: NIH-3T3 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane C: RAW246.7 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane D: Mouse Spleen Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 28 kDa. Observed band size: 32 kDa.

Target Information
Germinal center-B (GC-B) cells differentiate into memory B-cells and plasma cells (PC) through interaction with T-cells and follicular dendritic cells (FDC). CD320 augments the proliferation of PC precursors generated by IL-10. Receptor for the cellular uptake of transcobalamin bound cobalamin.
