CFHR3 Antibody (PA5-106394) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of CFHR3 in HUVEC cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and CFHR3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106394) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total CFHR3.
靶标信息
The protein encoded by this gene is a secreted protein, which belongs to the complement factor H-related protein family. It binds to heparin, and may be involved in complement regulation. Mutations in this gene are associated with decreased risk of age-related macular degeneration, and with an increased risk of atypical hemolytic-uremic syndrome. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
