CHSY3 Antibody (PA5-72242) in WB
Western blot analysis of CHSY3 in human uterus lysate using 20 µg of protein per lane. Samples were first blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST, incubated with CHSY3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72242) using a dilution of 1:1000 followed by a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:10,000.

Has both beta-1,3-glucuronic acid and beta-1,4-N-acetylgalactosamine transferase activity. Transfers glucuronic acid (GlcUA) from UDP-GlcUA and N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) from UDP-GalNAc to the non-reducing end of the elongating chondroitin polymer. Specific activity is much reduced compared to CHSY1.
