CLEC4C Antibody (PA5-109550) in WB
Western blot analysis of CLEC4C in extracts of K-562 cells. Samples were incubated with CLEC4C Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-109550) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.

This gene encodes a member of the C-type lectin/C-type lectin-like domain superfamily. Members of this family share a common protein fold and have diverse functions, such as cell adhesion, cell-cell signalling, glycoprotein turnover, and roles in inflammation and immune response. The encoded type 2 transmembrane protein may play a role in dendritic cell function. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
