CMTM3 Antibody (PA5-101524) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of CMTM3 in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with CMTM3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101524) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

This gene belongs to the chemokine-like factor gene superfamily, a novel family that is similar to the chemokine and the transmembrane 4 superfamilies of signaling molecules. This gene is one of several chemokine-like factor genes located in a cluster on chromosome 16. Alternatively spliced transcript variants containing different 5' UTRs, but encoding the same protein, have been identified.
